Valentine's Day. The Elder's filled my car with balloons that they had written on. They left in the car a movie for me, and a tie and cuff links for Sherm, with Valentine cards. They also bought me a 'Fukuoka Hawks' jersey, and wrote with a sharpe on the back.

Pulling faces at them so we could get them in the picture with the back of my jersey.

Hope all is well with everyone at home, we love and miss you all. The time is starting to fly by...I can't believe we've been here 7 1/2 months.

You two are both so cute and Sherm reminds me so much of my Dad. It looks like you guys are having a lot of fun and giving a lot of missionaries some great experiences :)

I saw Elder Yamashita speak in general conference. It was good to see him again. I served in Fukuoka Jan 1990 through March 1992. I was in the mission office my last 4 months. The temple is beautiful and it is great to see how the church is flourishing. You have the greatest calling in the world! Mitch Stout

Hi, my name is Caterina I am a member from the church in the Barcelona Stake, in Spain. My boyfriend has just moved to Miyazaki Japan, to finish his Japanesse studies. He is not a memeber of the church but he is interested in contacting the missionaries but I have no idea how I can help him reach them. He is living in Miyazaki, all I know is that he would be attending the Miyazaki ward in the Kagoshima district, so I think the missionaries in this mission are the ones who are supposed to contact him. Could you please help me out with this? If you could please reach me, my email is caterinatrujillo@gmail.com. He is already in Japan so I just need to help him contact the missionaries. Thanks and regards, Caterina
